Most of us battle with whether we're “good enough”, and fear that we’re either not worthy of great love, and/or if we find that person, we’re always afraid they’re going to leave…Again, because the deeper parts of ourselves feel unworthy.⁠

And this is why the journey within ourselves is so important… because we can only meet and love others as deeply as we’re willing to meet and love ourselves. We need to examine and explore the things we avoid, the thoughts and emotions that don’t feel so great...so we can then see how these things are subconsciously affecting (they are) how we show up in this world.⁠

Because of this truth, the greatest gift we can give ourselves and to the people we love is to be committed to exploring our own inner cosmos and understanding why we do the things we do… Because once we understand our story, we can change it. That’s why we’ll never have deep connections that shatter our minds and hearts, till we cultivate that deep connection within. And once we love all parts of ourselves, we become the unconditional love we seek… and it’s from that space that we can give it away.~
